The Rotary Club of Panvel Mahanagar is organizing a Mental Awareness session at K A Banthiya School, New Panvel, on Saturday, 17th August 2024, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The event will include four one-hour sessions aimed at educating and empowering girl students on mental health topics. The sessions will be conducted by Ms. Pradnya Kanade, an experienced trainer from Mpower Institute, managed by the Aditya Birla Group. Expected Outcomes: Increased awareness about mental health among school girls. Enhanced ability to recognize and manage stress and emotional challenges. Empowerment of students to seek help and support when needed.
