The Rotary Club of Panvel Mahanagar recently took part in a Multi District Residential RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) as a partner club, offering a rich tapestry of activities designed to foster leadership skills, cultural appreciation, and personal development among participants. The event provided a platform for young leaders to delve into various facets of leadership while immersing themselves in the rich history and cultural heritage of Maharashtra. Through a series of engaging workshops, discussions, and experiential learning opportunities, participants explored diverse topics aimed at honing their leadership potential and deepening their understanding of the region's heritage. The project kicked off with a tribute to Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the Great Maratha, providing insights into his remarkable leadership qualities and enduring legacy.
