We are delighted to share the heartwarming news of the successful collaboration between the Rotary Club of Panvel Mahanagar and the Interact Club of Panvel Mahanagar to bring joy and opportunities for physical activity to the children of Zila Parishad School Kalundre. Recognizing the importance of play and sports in a child's development, our two clubs decided to combine our efforts and resources to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the young students at Zila Parishad School Kalundre. With the unwavering support of both clubs' members and the generous contributions from our community, we were able to gather an assortment of toys and sports equipment to be donated to the school. On 15 Jul 2023, a delegation comprising representatives from both the Rotary Club of Panvel Mahanagar and the Interact Club of Panvel Mahanagar visited Zila Parishad School Kalundre to carry out the donation drive. The excitement and anticipation among the children were palpable as they eagerly awaited the unveiling of the surprises that were about to brighten their day. The donations included a wide array of toys, ranging from educational games to dolls and action figures, designed to stimulate the children's imagination and creativity and to encourage their active participation in sports and physical activities. During the visit, the members of both clubs engaged with the students, fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendship. We witnessed their eyes light up with joy and gratitude, making every effort we put into this collaboration truly worthwhile.
