| Minutes of Meeting | 1. The Rotary Club of Panvel Mahanagar team has shared a summary of their recent projects and praised the efforts of their members. The update highlights the various initiatives undertaken by the club during the month, demonstrating their commitment to improving their community. 2. The club members and Board of Directors unanimously approved the minutes of the last meeting. The meeting was held on 26th October-23 3. DG Visit Expenditure Approval: The president upraised the members that following expenditure were incurred during AG and DG Visit: Dinner: Rs, 20,000/- , Rotary Hall Rs. 6,000/-, Photography Rs. 3,000/-, Trophy and Certificate Rs. 1,700/-, Napkin Flowers Rs. 1,200/-, Tea. 800/-, Photo Frame Rs. 560/-, breakfast Rs. 500/- and water bottle Rs. 600/- only. The resolution was proposed by Rtn. Puransingh Mehra and seconded by Rtn. Dr. Deepak Khot. 4. Fund raising projects: It was discussed by Club members that three potential fundraising events to be planned in future: a drama by Rtn. Dr. Dipak Khot and company with a budget of 45K , a fellowship at Rtn. Dr. Deepak Khots' farmhouse, and a monsoon running event and Musical Evening “Ek Shyam Cycling ke Naam” These events aim to generate revenue for the club. Further detailing will be done when we plan the event. The resolution was proposed by Rtn. Puransingh Mehra and seconded by Rtn. Dr. Deepak Khot. 5.
