| Minutes of Meeting | A DG and AG visit is a crucial event for any Rotary Club, and preparing for it requires careful planning. It was also discussed that briefings, rehearsals, and updated reports are all necessary components of preparation. It is also essential to anticipate potential issues that may arise and have contingency plans in place. The resolution was proposed by, Rtn. Avinash Koli and seconded by Rtn. Puransingh Mehra November-23 Project Planning and meetings : 5th November-23 – AG Visit 12th November-23 – Cycling Event ( Synergy Partner) 14th November-23 – Interact Club Cycle Rally ( Dates are Tentative) 17th November-23 – Fundraising event Diwali Pot Lunch (Date to be finalised) 21st November-23 - DG Visit It was also discussed to plan mock drill at K A Banthiya School, New Panvel by fire brigade team Project Happy Diwali – It was also discussed to give back to the community is by donating your gently used clothing. After giving them a thorough cleaning and ironing, your clothes can be given to underprivileged children who are in need of proper clothing. This will be impactful project during festive season. Birthday and Anniversary Celebration: The club members also celebrated the birthday and anniversaries during the month. |
