The Rotary Clubs of Panvel Mahanagar, Panvel Elite, and Panvel hosted a 2-day non-residential RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) event on October 5th and 6th, 2024, at K.A. Banthia School, New Panvel. The event brought together over 70 young participants, focusing on leadership development, team-building exercises, and motivational sessions. Through workshops, group discussions, and interactive activities, attendees enhanced their communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Local experts and Rotarians shared valuable insights on personal growth and community service. The event fostered camaraderie and empowered youth to become effective leaders in their communities.
